Thanks again to SHEAR members Joseph Adelman and Rosemarie Zagarri for co-chairing the Bylaws committee and for holding office hours and comment sessions for SHEAR members as they and the committee worked through the revision. The committee presented the proposed Bylaws for discussion at the July 2025 SHEAR annual meeting and the revised Bylaws were passed by a vote of the SHEAR membership in September 2025.
